To cope with the recurrent problems of the floods in the Dakar region, the British cooperation initiated the Living With Water project in order to strengthen the resilience to flooding of populations exposed to this phenomenon. As part of the execution of this project, entrusted to the Consortium for Economic and Social Research (CRES), its management has selected the firm Youmann to support the recruitment of staff of the project.
